3) MLS LISTING: Submit your property information in Houston Association of Realtors ® MLS closed network system – careful attention to accuracy.

2. An Adobe .pdf file will be created and property
information such as the Seller’s Disclosure and Property Features will be uploaded into the MLS.
4) INTERNET LISTINGS: Your property information will be submitted to
har.com and peggywest.com. A maximum number of photos will be used for the photo gallery on each site.
Note: Your home will be featured on the Home Page of peggywest.com
on a rotating basis.
5) HOME BOOK: Professionally prepared “Home Book” containing full color photographic coverage of the house, detailed information on special features, room sizes, tax record, sellers disclosures, etc. This book is maintained in the house for Buyers to review. It along with another duplicate book, are presented to the Buyer and Seller at closing.
6) HOME BROCHURES: Full Color professional brochures are prepared for buyers and Black & White flyers prepared for co-op agents.
7) ADVERTISING TO TOP AGENTS: Top agents are identified that are actively selling properties in this price range and in this area. Personal full color e-mails will be sent to these agents.
8) ADVERTISING TO BUYERS: Full Color Brochures and/or cards are mailed directly to Buyers known to have an interest in properties in your price range and location. Personal telephone calls are made to buyers.
9) ADVERTISING TO CORPORATIONS: Direct mail full color brochures and/or jumbo cards are directed to companies relocating people into this area.
10) E-MAIL MARKETING: Special e-mail notifications are sent to area agents regarding any changes in the market positioning of the home.
11) BROKER OPEN HOUSE: To introduce your home to the realtor community, a special open house will be held inviting realtors to lunch at the home.
12) SUNDAY OPEN HOUSES: With seller’s approval, a Sunday Open House will be held as mutually agreed. Open Houses will be promoted on the internet and with Open House signs.
